Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Change of mind returns are processed as store credit or an exchange — we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the cost of return shipping.
• Change of mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at [insert your contact email] with your order number and photos (if faulty/damaged)
• We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions
• Once received and checked, we’ll process your exchange or store credit

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Digital products (cookbooks, printables, downloads)
• Personalized or custom-made items, unless faulty
